i started at 11 plus.. n finally cut n ate it at 9 plus. to speed up the process of refrigeration, i first lowered the temperature of my refrigerator.. then at the end it wasnt cold enough n i got impatient so i put it into the freezer. haha.
anw itz quite easy to make! yupp =)
so here it is before putting it into the oven:
the pan has to b wrapped wif foil cos itz springform.. n will leak. as in the oil o.O n cos it has to be put on a tray of boiling water. so yupp. ya to prevent the cake surface from turning black n uh cracked.
then aft abt slightly less than an hour.. it became like this:
i was so sad lah cos itz too brown =( anw it was left to sit in the oven for 5 hours aft removing the tray of water. super long lo.
n finalli aft the desperate refrigeration n removing the side of the springform pan.. it became like this.
some bits of the cake surface got stuck onto the foil. so ya. itz ugly. but it tastes nice. n im satisfied =)
then the troublesome bit came. cutting the cake.
like arghhh so messy. n summore the knife has to be hot n dry to cut it. so must dip the knife in hot water then dry it. so ok.. tt part still not tt bad. haha. den removed 3 slices from it to put into a box.. o.O the crust was like half stuck onto the pan.. so like uh the crust fell apart n the slices of cake looked like they were gonna topple any time cos it was unbalanced =( ya so ugly.
heh den i dumped it into the freezer for a while more.. den walked to qiaoyu's house to pass it to her =) think some day im gonna freak her out. ya i agree im mysterious. haha. n finalli i felt for myself how bad it is to b walking along the canal at nite. super scary la. weird ppl sitting arnd there.. n the path seemed never ending.
ya ok im quite satisfied wif my cake still.. since itz my first attempt n it tastes good. must thank my sis' godbro, jensen aka cheesecake god, for his recipe. haha. yupp.

i feel so retarded today. damn guilty la. forgot to tell the ld shifu tt there's no training today!! o.O omg. n he tried contacting me since 3 plus.. n at 4 plus his daughter n this other senior were there looking for us. wah realli super guilty la they went all the way there to train us.. she was trying to contact me too.. till i heard my hp ring from downstairs at 5pm. damn. wad was my phone doing sitting in my skirt pocket. argh.
sunday will b my 1st attempt on newyork cheesecake. omg i realli hope it works. fun =)

our sch is kinda cool x) next mon we're starting sch at 10am instead of the usual 7.40. yupp cos of world cup finals! rocks la haha. but follow normal timetable.. so itz like... end at 7!! but haa pw lect cancelled so not bad not bad.. 6pm. yupp. mm ya so our claz kinda thinking of going to someone's house to stayover n watch. but eh i think they say say onli 1 lo. haii. like tmr's outing. not going sakae!! hahaha. but think we're going swensens.
n so suay la. supp to end by 12 tmr.. den me n puiyeng hafta attend the econs make up lecture from 1215 to 1415. cos tt time chalet we pon. haii. n omg my econs results ah.. 11.87/20. for term 2 la. n im like.. top 5 i think. ya. o.O i din noe im so enthu. haha my active participation for both econs n chem v high. hafnt seen the rest yet. n the chem dept is weird.. they're gonna put the whole cohort's chem test 2 result on the chem noticeboard.. for us to see our rankings.. like oh man. 27/33 is like top 30.. so i 24 is kinda like behind behind liao.
had temasek pre-sem workshop. kinda sian la but the game was fun. thot it was gonna end at 430.. in the end drag until almost 6 o.O wanted to die la. summore had to rush home to study for bio test. yah 7 chapters. haha. n ya i just started ytd nite. in the end din study finish. those i studied like carbo n lipids din come out.. those tt i realli cmi n cant digest like proteins came out.. haha. so yah.
oh n council investiture ytd.. so sad la cldnt do ushering all thanks to temasek sem. oh n when i was walking along the corridor wif puiyeng i met kianhao who was standing there ushering. he wasnt wearing specs like usual.. so i asked him y la. n i forgot wad ans he gave.. n i wanted to ask "to look shuaier?" but i ended up missing out on the "to" n i said, "look shuaier". n i was like o.O n he thanked me. haha so like uhhh ok nvm haha. an accidental compliment. haha.
today felt so slack too. aft sch went to watch squash again.. interesting. n umm went to the ld room wif hweeting. we wanted to try n uh tidy up the place a bit. but realli cannot lah itz in a hopeless mess. hafta start by asking the seniors wad can be thrown away. so ya we slacked there a bit.. yupp fun.
n today's retarded day! bryan's birthday. i made him sth pretty.
n i realised sth realli amusing. itz like a new trend la. like when we meet ppl arnd in sch.. usualli we wave or say hi la. but no leh haha i realised a lot of us will just give tt wanna-smile-dun-wanna-smile face.. raise our eyebrows n widen our eyes.. n not say anything at all. hahha itz super funny la. onli ytd i realised ive been doing tt.. a lot of other ppl too haha. cos like eh realli meet too many ppl liao. fellow ogls.. facilitators.. exclazmates n stuff. ya haha.

today was slack. we slacked n did nothing but gossip during pe.. n everything else just felt slack. esp for me. hehh cos the rest of the claz had their chinese a's oral.. n so gp was cancelled. haa so i got to leave at 2 instead of 4.
econs lect was funny o.O there was like a show to watch. yeah koreans.. melodramatic..
n at the squash court it was like O.O i realli got a shock la. i thot shiqing was kidding.. n when i turned around.. realli la ... i was just stunned. n leroy is funny hahha.
